What’s the turn around time?
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours.
50% surcharge applicable for orders with less than 24 hours turnaround time.
100% surcharge applicable for priority orders with same-day turnaround time.
Is there a minimum charge?
We have free pick up and delivery in Arjan.
For free pick up and delivery in areas other than Arjan, we have a minimum charge of AED 50.
What happens to my Credit Card Information?
Wash Masters does not store your Credit Card details.
Wash Masters will send you an invoice on your registered e-mail/ WhatsApp once your order has been processed.
How do I pay?
Once your order has been successfully dropped, you can choose to pay via Card or Cash. The receipt will be sent to your e-mail / WhatsApp.
Who chooses if my clothes will be washed or dry-cleaned?
Tick the box on our laundry pick up bag for the service required. You can also mention to our store manager what items should be washed or dry-cleaned.
Can you remove the stain on my items?
We use highest quality equipment and industry leading stain removal products. We cannot promise all stains will be removed, but we ensure that we’ll do our best. Let us know if a garment needs special attention.
Can you hang dry items?
Yes, we can.
Are there any materials you can't process?
Our team will notify you if a particular item cannot be processed.
Who cleans my clothes?
Trained professionals process all items at Wash Masters facility.
